When you download MS, the game stores information (things like Character info, background scenery, monster lists, drop lists, and other things that govern, for instance, scrolls) in files that end in a .wz file format. Hexadecimal editing allows hackers to change values for certain lines, altering the way the game is played or displayed on their own machines. This is different than running a server side hack, in that it is only really noticeable on your user client, or if someone is in the map with you. Unlike older VAC methods, this sort of thing cannot really be detected through GM tools. I mean, realistically, it looks like a priest just going ape shit. You're not going to nab half these guys because it just won't be possible. WZ editing could just be called hex editing, and be done with it.

It looks like monsters are just taking damage, and the person isn't attacking.
