Helm, Chest, Pants, Legs, Shoulders you should go for the t10 with frost badges. If you're not getting enough, just trade Triumph for the T9. Also, the Libram of Valiance is awesome.
You should get the Belt of the Titans crafted. Titansteel Armspikes or something is also craftable.
Get the Mirror of Truth from heroism vendors. Also, you should try saving up for the Darkmoon Card: Greatness.
Tyrannical Beheader or Orca Hunter's Harpoon is awesome for you. Both drop from PoS, I think.
With a full T9 and the gear I mentioned, you're set for ToC.
