Hey, I just started an archer a couple of days ago and just made the second job advancement a few hours ago. i just wanted to know what ur sp and ap shud be on like: dex is the same as you level or strength times your level. any help?

Your STR should be the same as your level. With this in mind your build should be 1STR4DEX every level.
As for skills, under BB you should have enough SP throughout xbowman to max all xbowman skills and have 1 SP left to throw into an archer skill of your choice.

Adding on to what Moofey said, you only need enough STR to equip your crossbow for that level. If you have any +STR equips, you can cap your STR at a lower amount.
